No Bake Gluten-Free Nutella Cream Pie. Easy Dessert!

At our family get together, my niece made this insanely tasty Nutella Cream Pie. So I wanted to share it. The original recipe is from Buzzfeed and the link is at the end of the block. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Gluten-free Nutella Cream Pie

1 box of Gluten-Free Oreo cookie (12.5 oz.). I got mine at Trader Joe
1 stick of butter (4 oz.)
1 cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 small jar of Nutella
16 oz. Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream

Cooking Method

Step 1 : Make the crust
− Put Gluten-free Oreo Cookies and melted butter in a food processor. Then press the mixture on a greased pie tin.

Step 2: Make filling
− Make whipped Cream. Use 2 cups of heavy cream with 2 tablespoon of powder sugar; whip until stiff peaks (don’t over whip).

− Combine whipped cream, soften cream cheese and Nutella and a pinch of salt together

Step 3:
− Spread the filling into the piecrust, then refrigerator for 2-3 hour (or overnight) before use.
